Promotion Overview: For a limited time, Corporate Traveler is offering first-time clients an opportunity to reduce their travel management costs. New clients who enter into a three (3) year contract with Corporate Traveler USA between August 15, 2026 and December 31, 2026 (the "Qualifying Period") may earn a rebate of their online booking fees during the first twelve (12) months of the three (3) year contract term.
Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for this promotion, clients must:
- Be a first-time Corporate Traveler client
- Execute a minimum three (3) year Corporate Traveler contract during the Qualifying Period (contract must be on Corporate Traveler paper)
- Have paid their Corporate Traveler management fee at the time of contract execution
- Maintain an annual business travel spend of at least $350,000USD during the first twelve (12) months of the contract term
- Pay all applicable booking fees during the contract
Clients who meet all of the above requirements are considered "Qualified Participants." Eligible booking fees for online bookings, in accordance with your contract ("Online Booking Fees"), paid during this initial twelve (12) month period may be rebated back to Qualified Participants as travel credits at the conclusion of the first twelve (12) months (“Rebated Booking Fees”).
Rebate Cap: Rebated Booking Fees are capped at $10,000 USD
Exclusions: Clients with an existing relationship with Corporate Traveler prior to August 15, 2026, and clients who have direct/negotiated rates with travel vendors are not eligible for this promotion. This offer may not be combined with any other promotion. The rebate of Booking Fees applies solely to the first year of partnership and does not extend to additional years included in the initial agreement or any subsequent contracts.
