CORPORATE TRAVELER & HOUSTON ROCKETS EA ALL-STAR OF THE MONTH SWEEPSTAKES

In return for the opportunity to participate in the Corporate Traveler & Houston Rockets EA All-Star of the Month Sweepstakes described herein (the “Sweepstakes”), Rocket Ball, Ltd. d/b/a the Houston Rockets (the “Houston Rockets”) and Flight Centre Travel Group (USA) Inc d/b/a Corporate Traveler (the “Sponsor”) require your agreement to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below (the “Official Rules”).

OFFICIAL RULES

1. ENTRY PERIOD. The Sweepstakes will begin on October 8, 2025, at 12:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”), and end on October 31, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. CT (the “Entry Period”).

2. ELIGIBILITY. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Only legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older as of the first day of the Entry Period are eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes, provided they live within the state of Texas or 150 miles of the Houston, TX city limits, excluding residents within 75 miles of either the Dallas, TX or San Antonio, TX city limits. Employees and immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) of employees of the Houston Rockets, Clutch City Sports & Entertainment, L.P., Sponsor, the National Basketball Association (the “NBA”) and its member teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, partners, officers, governors, employees, and agents are not eligible to enter. The Sweepstakes is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

3. ENTRIES. There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes (each, an “Entry”):

•    Corporate Traveler Website Method: To enter the Sweepstakes via the Corporate Traveler website, Entrant (as defined below) must (1) click on the Houston Rockets ad, (2) be directed to a webpage on Corporate Traveler’s website (https://www.corporatetraveler.us/en-us/rockets-ea-admin-sweepstakes), (3) enter requested information, and (4) opt into marketing communications from Corporate Traveler.

•    Alternate Entry Method: Alternatively, if an Entrant does not want to receive marketing materials, an Entrant may enter the Sweepstakes by sending an email to Ellah Seno (ellah.seno@corporatetraveler.us) with the subject line “Corporate Traveler & Houston Rockets EA All-Star of the Month Sweepstakes - Entry” and include in the body of the email Entrant’s name, mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), email address, date of birth, phone number.

Limit of one (1) Entry per person. Entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible. Any Entry received thereafter or not properly submitted will not be eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Any Entrant using multiple accounts to enter will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes and will not be eligible to win the Prize. Entries that contain, in the sole discretion of the Houston Rocket and/or Sponsor, any profane, obscene, vulgar, defamatory, libelous, or slanderous material will be disqualified. A person who timely submits a properly completed Entry in accordance with the procedures herein is considered an “Entrant.” By submitting a properly completed Entry, each Entrant acknowledges that each Entrant has read, understands, and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules.

4. SELECTION OF WINNER. Three (3) potential winners (each, a “Potential Winner”) will be selected at random from among all eligible Entries received. Potential Winners will be notified on or before November 4, 2025, via email. By participating, each Entrant agrees to these rules and the decisions of the Houston Rockets and/or Sponsor, which shall be final and legally binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. If any Potential Winner cannot be contacted after the first attempt, declines the Prize, or fails to pick up the Prize within one (1) calendar day of acceptance, then such Potential Winner will forfeit the right to be a Winner, and the Sponsor and/or Houston Rockets may select a replacement Potential Winner from among all remaining eligible Entries.

5. PRIZE DESCRIPTION; ODDS. The Winner will receive (i) four (4) lower-level tickets to a regular season Rockets home game at Toyota Center, (ii) four (4) passes to the PNC Club at such home game, (iii) one (1) parking pass to the Tundra Garage, (iv) one (1) customized Rockets jersey, and (v) an opportunity to participate in an on-court photograph prior to or after the conclusion of such home game (approximate retail value “ARV”: $550; the “Prize”). All aspects of the Prize shall be determined by the Houston Rockets and/or Sponsor in their sole discretion, including, without limitation, the selection of the seats and/or individual game, and any Prize shall be subject to all NBA and/or Toyota Center rules, regulations, guidelines, policies, and restrictions including those related to regularly sold tickets. The Houston Rockets and/or Sponsor shall not be responsible for any expenses associated with any Prize, including but not limited to travel accommodations or transportation expenses. Winner may not sell, assign, transfer, or substitute the Prize (or any portion of the Prize) or redeem the Prize (or any portion of the Prize) for cash value. Winner will be responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes associated with the Prize. Winner may be required to sign, at the request of and in the sole discretion of Sponsor, a Release, an Affidavit of Eligibility and/or a Prize Acceptance Form to receive the Prize. The Houston Rockets and/or Sponsor reserve the right to substitute any Prize (or any portion of the Prize) with any prize of greater or equal value. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible Entries received.

6. LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY. Neither the Houston Rockets nor Sponsor shall be responsible for Entries that are incomplete, improperly submitted, stolen, misdirected, lost, late or damaged. All Entries become the property of the Houston Rockets and/or Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By entering, each Entrant agrees to HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY Sponsor, the Houston Rockets, Clutch City Sports & Entertainment, L.P., the NBA and its member teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and each of their respective partners, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, damages, claims and causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of (a) Entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes, (b) Entrant’s Entry or any registration material on any related website, (c) any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or (d) the receipt, participation in, or use of the Prize (or any portion of the Prize) or any replacement prize that may be awarded herein, including any travel associated with the Prize.

7. CONSENT OF USE. Each Entrant hereby agrees and consents, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the editing, modification, replication, publication and other use of the names, likenesses, photographs, voices, Entries and the like of each Entrant in any medium, whether now known or hereafter developed, including without limitation, the Houston Rockets and/or Sponsor’s website and in any and all advertising, promotions, and other publicity conducted by Sponsor, the Houston Rockets, the NBA and its member teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and each of their respective partners, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, owners, governors, employees, and agents, except where prohibited by law. Notwithstanding the generality of the foregoing, each Entrant further assigns all rights Entrant may have over their Entry to the Houston Rockets and/or Sponsor without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration of any kind.

8. RULES. All decisions as to these Official Rules and interpretations thereof are exclusively within the sole discretion of the Houston Rockets and/or Sponsor and may be changed from time to time without notice. The Houston Rockets and/or Sponsor reserve the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes at any time without notice.

9. DISPUTES. This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws. EACH ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THOSE COURTS AND SUBMITS TO THE JURISDICTION OF THOSE COURTS. Should any current or future dispute, claim or cause of action related to this Sweepstakes arise between the Entrant and Team and/or Sponsor, a written notice (a “Dispute Notice”) must be sent with the following information: (i) name, contact information (address, telephone number, and email address), and account information if applicable; (ii) a description of the nature and basis of the dispute; and (iii) a description of the nature and basis of the relief sought, including a calculation for it. If the Entrant has a dispute, they shall send the Dispute Notice to generalcounsel@rocketball.com. The Entrant, Team, and/or Sponsor agree to make a good-faith effort to The Entrant, Team, and/or Sponsor agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute for at least 60 days (the “Negotiation Period”) following receipt of the Dispute Notice. If the parties cannot resolve the dispute within the Negotiation Period, the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in Houston, Texas, in accordance with the then-current JAMS (“JAMS”) Comprehensive Arbitration Rules & Procedures and selected by mutual agreement of the parties, if possible. The JAMS Rules shall govern the payment of all arbitration fees. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Team will consider a request to reimburse Entrant’s portion of the arbitration fees upon a showing of hardship in its sole discretion and assuming Entrant does not qualify for a waiver from JAMS. All issues are for the arbitrator to decide except the following items (which are for a court of competent jurisdiction to decide): (i) issues that are specifically reserved for a court; (ii) issues related to the scope and enforceability of the arbitration provisions; and (iii) whether a dispute can or must be brought in arbitration. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE ENTRANT, TEAM, AND/OR SPONSOR AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE ARBITRATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO LITIGATE IN COURT OR ARBITRATE ANY CLAIM AS A CLASS ACTION, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, OR CLASS ARBITRATION. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE ENTRANT, TEAM, AND/OR SPONSOR WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. IF THE ENTRANT DOES NOT CONSENT TO THIS CLAUSE, THE ENTRANT MUST NOT ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES. Entrant has the right to opt out of arbitration under these Sweepstakes by sending the Team a personally signed, written notice of Entrant’s decision to opt out via email to generalcounsel@rocketball.com within the earlier of the Sweepstakes notification date or thirty (30) days after entering the Sweepstakes. Such an opt out will not opt Entrant out of an arbitration agreement Entrant might otherwise have with Team and/or Sponsor.

10. Under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain any punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages, including without limitation lost profits (collectively, “Special Damages”) to an Entrant, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim Special Damages and all rights to have such damages multiplied or increased.

11. FORCE MAJEURE. Neither the Houston Rockets nor Sponsor shall be responsible for the failure or interruption of any website, webpage, or social media platform mentioned herein, https://www.corporatetraveler.us/en-us. , any email server, or the cancellation or postponement of a Houston Rockets game or any drawing for any reason including, but not limited to, equipment failure or malfunction, electrical service interruption, pandemic (e.g. COVID-19) or any act of God. In addition, in the event that the Houston Rockets are prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes by any event beyond its control, including, but not limited to, fire, epidemic, pandemic, virus, disease, bacteria, flood, hurricane, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, communications or equipment failure, utility or service interruptions, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), interference with the Sweepstakes by any party, or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within the control of the Houston Rockets and/or Sponsor, the Houston Rockets and/or Sponsor have the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes.

12. ADDITIONAL DISCLOSURE. Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Instagram”). Each Entrant releases Instagram from any claims, responsibility or liability relating to their participation in this Sweepstakes. Copyright/trademark/service mark infringements are not intended or implied.

13. PRIVACY AND MARKETING DISCLAIMER. By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees to be bound by the NBA’s privacy policy located here: https://www.nba.com/privacy-policy; and Sponsor’s privacy policy located here: https://www.corporatetraveler.us/en-us/privacy. Entrant agrees to receive communications from Sponsor and/or Houston Rockets, subject to opting out when Entrant so desires. If Entrant provides a cell phone number, then Entrant consents to be contacted by Sponsor and/or the Houston Rockets using an auto-dialer for marketing purposes.

14. WINNER LIST. To receive written confirmation of the Winner, e-mail ellah.seno@corporatetraveler.us with the subject line “Corporate Traveler & Houston Rockets EA All-Star of the Month Sweepstakes – Winner Request.” Requests must be received by December 31, 2025.
