Are there any extra fees?
There are no hidden fees. The only possible additional cost is a $35 change fee if you need to change your flight.

How do I keep my loyalty points?
Just add your loyalty and rewards numbers in your Melon profile or at checkout, and you’ll keep earning points as usual.

What happens if I need to change my flight or something happens like a delay or cancellation?

How do I get a receipt for my expense report?
You can find all your receipts in Melon. Just go to your trip where invoices for your booking are available.
