Effective Date: Offer valid for new customers who sign up by January 31, 2025, and complete onboarding with Corporate Traveler USA by February 28, 2025.

1. Eligibility
This offer is valid exclusively for new Corporate Traveler clients. To qualify, businesses must:

• Sign a contract with Corporate Traveler USA for a minimum of one (1) year by January 31, 2025, and complete onboarding by February 28, 2025 (“Go Live Date”);
• Commit to a minimum annual travel spend of $300,000 (“Annualized Travel Spend”);
• Paid your Corporate Traveler Implementation Fee as of the signing of your contract; and,
• Existing clients prior to January 31,2025, are not eligible for this promotion (“Qualifying Participants”).

2. $3,000 Travel Credit (“Travel Credit”)

• Distribution: 
  • Qualified Participants will receive $1000 of the Travel Credit once the first booking is made.
  • Qualified Participants will receive remaining $2000 of the Travel Credit once the Annualized Travel Spend threshold has been reached on or before December 31, 2025.
  • If the Annualized Travel Spend threshold is not reached by December 31, 2025, the corresponding portion of the Travel Credit will be forfeited. 
• Credit Validity: The Travel Credit must be redeemed by March 31, 2026, and is only applicable to use with select partners, including:
  • Airlines: Aeromexico, Air Canada, Air France, Air New Zealand, Alitalia, Delta, Etihad Airways, Korean Air, LATAM Airlines, Lufthansa Group, Qantas, Singapore Airlines, United, Virgin Atlantic.
  • Hotels: IHG, Accor, and Hyatt.
• Non-transferability: The Travel Credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash,  other services or Corporate Traveler fees.  The Travel Credit will be applied to future travel invoices and will not be provided in any other form of credit. 
• Maximum Credit Cap: The $3,000 Travel Credit is capped per Qualified Participant regardless of total travel spend exceeding the Annualized Travel Spend threshold. No additional travel credits will be provided for businesses spending beyond this amount.

3. IHG Offer

• Eligibility for IHG Offer: Clients who commit to one of the three levels below will unlock exclusive hotel perks, as determined by IHG’s policies
  • $25,000 annually or 150 room nights = 3 complimentary Gold Status upgrades
  • $15,000 annually or 90 room nights = 2 complimentary Gold Status upgrades
  • $7,500 annually or 45 room nights = 1 complimentary Gold Status upgrade
• Status is valid for one year from the date of meeting the IHG tier level listed above that you choose, unless changes are made to IHG policy.  

4. Offer Validity & Expiration

• Sign-Up Deadline: The offer is valid for new customers who sign up by January 31, 2025, and complete onboarding by February 28, 2025.
• Program Validity Period: This offer and all associated perks, including the Travel Credit, are valid for bookings made through Corporate Traveler only and expires on March 31, 2026. 

5. Additional Terms

• Non-Compliance: Failure to meet the required milestones may result in forfeiture of the remaining Travel Credit.
• Modifications: Corporate Traveler reserves the right to amend or cancel this offer at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Other Restrictions: Offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.
• Jurisdiction: This offer is subject to the laws and regulations of the State of New York, United States. 
• Availability: This offer is subject to availability and may not be combined with other promotions or discounts.
