Offer terms and conditions
Starting September 10, 2026, Corporate Traveler USA is offering Ramp expense management clients a waiver of the contract start-up fee for new one-year service agreements. To qualify for this promotion, you must meet all of the following criteria: (i) be a first-time Corporate Traveler USA client with no prior service relationship before September 1, 2026; (ii) execute a minimum one (1) year contract; (iii) be a current client of Ramp Expense Management; and, (iv) maintain payment of all other applicable fees (including but not limited to booking fees, annual management fee, etc.) throughout the initial contract term and any subsequent renewal periods.
Clients with an existing relationship with Corporate Traveler USA prior to September 1, 2026, and clients who have direct/negotiated rates with travel vendors are not eligible for this promotion. The start-up fee waiver will be reflected as a reduction on the first-year management invoice and will not be issued as a credit, cash payment, or alternative benefit.
