Terms and Conditions: For a limited time, Corporate Traveler is offering first-time clients an opportunity to reduce their travel management costs. New clients who enter into a one (1) year contract with Corporate Traveler USA during the period of January 1, 2026 through April 30, 2026 (the “Qualifying Period”) will receive a waiver of the start-up fee and may earn a rebate of booking fees paid during the first ninety (90) days of the contract.
To be eligible for this promotion, clients must: (i) be a first-time Corporate Traveler client; (ii) execute a minimum one (1) year contract during the Qualifying Period; (iii) maintain an annual business travel spend of at least $350,000 USD; and (iv) pay all applicable booking fees during the first ninety (90) days of the contract. Eligible booking fees of $35 offline and $10 online, (“Booking Fees”) paid during this initial ninety (90) day period will be rebated back as travel credits at the conclusion of the ninety (90) days. Corporate Traveler may, in its sole discretion, charge the client for the rebated Booking Fees in the event the client does not meet the $350,000 USD travel spend in the initial one (1) year contract period.
Clients with an existing relationship with Corporate Traveler prior to January 1, 2026, and clients who have direct/negotiated rates with travel vendors are not eligible for this promotion. This offer may not be combined with any other promotion. The waived start-up fee applies solely to the first year of partnership and does not extend to additional years included in the initial agreement or any subsequent contracts. The waiver will be reflected as a reduction on the first-year management invoice and will not be issued as a credit, cash payment, or alternative benefit.
