PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The Massachusetts Biotechnology Council ("MassBio") Business Travel Survey Sweepstakes runs from 12:01 AM ET on July 27, 2026, to 11:59:59 PM ET on July 31, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). By participating, entrants accept these Official Rules and the decisions of Flight Centre Travel Group (USA) Inc, dba Corporate Traveler, 225 Brae Blvd, Suite 310, Park Ridge, NJ 07656 ("Sponsor").

ELIGIBILITY: Open to U.S. legal residents (including D.C.) who are at least 21 years old or the age of majority in their state, whichever is older. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, MassBio, and related entities, plus their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, click the survey link on the MassBio landing page or LinkedIn post, and complete the survey. Survey completion is required, but there are no "right" answers. Limit one entry per person/email address. Alternatively, mail an entry with required contact information to: Flight Centre Travel Group (USA)
Inc, dba Corporate Traveler, 41 Winter Street, 3rd floor, Boston, MA 02111, Attn: Avery Allen. Please be sure that "MassBio Business Travel Survey Sweepstakes 2026" appears in the address. All information collected will be used per Sponsor's privacy policy at https://www.corporatetraveler.us/en-us/privacy.

WINNER SELECTION: On or about August 3, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one winner from eligible entries. Survey quality does not affect winner selection. Odds depend on total eligible entries. The potential winner will be notified via email and must respond within one week. Non-response or ineligibility results in forfeiture, with up to one alternate drawing. The winner may have to sign and return Prize Claim Documents at Sponsor’s discretion within seven days of notification (Tennessee residents exempt from publicity release).

PRIZE: One (1) K-class United Airlines voucher for travel between any major airports in the U.S. and North America. Approximate retail value: $300 USD. The voucher with redemption instructions will be emailed to the winner and may have an expiration date. Tickets subject to United Airlines terms at https://www.united.com/en/us.

Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize furnished in connection with this Sweepstakes. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND
SPONSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

PRIZE CONDITIONS: No cash substitution allowed, though Sponsor may substitute prizes of comparable value if necessary. Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable. Winner is responsible for all taxes. Guests must travel on the same itinerary, and minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Certain restrictions, blackout dates, and standard travel requirements apply. Winner is responsible for travel documents, insurance, and expenses not explicitly listed. Sponsor provides the prize "AS IS" without warranties.

PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating, entrants grant Promotion Entities the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media, and release the entities from related liability.

LIABILITY RELEASE: Entrants release MassBio, Sponsor and any affiliated promotion entities from all liability related to participation, including injuries, damages, or technical issues. Entrants further release MassBio, Sponsor and any affiliated promotion entities from any claim, action, liability, loss, injury and/or damage to Entrant and/or any other person and/or entity, including without limitation personal injury and/or death, damage to personal and/or real property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of the Prize or participation in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify anyone tampering with the sweepstakes or acting inappropriately, and may modify, suspend, or terminate the sweepstakes due to technical issues or Force Majeure events. These Official Rules govern over any conflicting marketing materials.

GOVERNING LAW: This sweepstakes is governed by New York State law. 

Any entry data provided via the online entry form is provided to Sponsor. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Microsoft Corporation (LinkedIn), Meta Platforms, Inc (Facebook/Instagram), or Apple.Inc.
