The Prize will be valid for a specified period of time as determined by United Airlines and in accordance with United Airlines terms and conditions.  Travel dates are subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. The Prize is non-transferable and holds no cash value.  Any and all Prize-related expenses, including, without limitation, all federal, state and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.
