Arrangers can easily select preferred flights and accommodations, creating a detailed travel plan that is directly emailed to the traveler. This personalized summary includes visual elements and all key details, allowing travelers to view options without logging in. Once confirmation is provided, arrangers can then book directly from the saved plan with ease.
