Important Update: Air Canada strike - Flights restarting and rebooking options

Air Canada has announced that flight operations will restart on August 19 with a gradual ramp-up over the coming days. While recovery is underway, travelers should expect continued delays and cancellations as operations return to normal.

Please do not go to the airport unless you have a confirmed itinerary.

Our priority is ensuring we can fully support travelers with urgent departures while also helping those with later trips make informed decisions and rebook as needed.

Action Steps for travelers:

If your Air Canada travel is within the next 72 hours and you need immediate assistance:

Contact your travel manager or email our After-Hours team (ctah@corporatetraveler.us) so we can prioritize your request.

If your travel is not within the next 72 hours but has been impacted:

Reach out to your dedicated Travel Manager during regular business hours to review your options and next steps.

Air Canada flexible rebooking & refund policy

If you are scheduled to travel with Air Canada between now and August 22, 2025, you may change your trip for free if you:
