Corporate Traveler Referral Form
Thanks for visiting the referral page! Think you have a referral? Double check you’ve done the following before submitting. If it does not meet the following, you will not qualify for a referral.
- Its a qualified referral
- This business regularly books business travel, typically spends around $200k, and is not an existing client.
 - It is a potential new business opportunity for Corporate Traveler.
 - The referral can either come from someone you know or from someone your client knows, but the employee must submit the referral. This form is for INTERNAL USE ONLY.
 - For all qualified referrals, US employees will receive a $25 gift card.
 - Sales team members do not qualify for the incentive.
 
 - You have contact information for someone at this company
- Business only information does not count.
 
 - The person you are referring is interested in hearing from us
- A discussion must have already happened with the person you are referring to confirm that they are interested in learning more about us. The main contact should be expecting us to reach out.
 - This can be done either by you or one of your clients, whomever has the contact.

I don’t have the contact information for the new business opportunity info. What should I do?
At minimum it is required for a contact to be provided for a referral. Your information does not count as a referral.

My contact’s email won’t submit on the form because it is a personal email domain. What do I do?
Currently, the Corporate Traveler website does not accept personal email domains (example: gmail.com, yahoo.com, outlook.com). To get around this, please create an email alias (example: referralname@businessname.com), please note the correct email address in the comments box, and we will update it.

What happens if I don’t complete all required fields on the referral form?
Incorrect or incomplete forms could result in missed leads and missed tracking on referrals. We depend heavily on the accuracy of information provided in this form, so please be thorough in your completion of the form and as accurate as possible.

I want to give additional notes and information to sales before reaching out to my referral. Who should I contact?
Please contact referrals@corporatetraveler.us with any additional information on your referral that you’d like to notify sales alongside this form.

When are referral payouts processed?
Referral payouts are processed in the month following the opportunity status of “Closed Won.” For example, if your referral is closed won in September, payouts will be processed in October.

When will I get the payout?
Referral payouts are processed and sent for payment in the month following the status of “Closed Won” on the opportunity. Payouts are then added to one of your paychecks, not deposited as a single payment.

How do I find out the details of when I was paid out for the referral?
Finance or payroll will be able to provide exact pay date for when your incentive was added to your paycheck.

How do I know how my referral opportunity is progressing?
It is always recommended to stay in touch with the Account Executive working the opportunity for updates. You can track your referral opportunity via Salesforce as well.

When can I expect the travel voucher for my client’s referral?
Similar to the incentive payout for employees, travel vouchers are processed in the month following the “Closed Won” opportunity status. Please keep in mind that travel vouchers can sometimes take a while to process and are often delivered later in the month.

How do I process a travel voucher?
Instructions are provided alongside the travel voucher for application. We recommend reaching out to a Team Leader or RGM for additional support with travel vouchers.
