Corporate Traveler Referral Form

Hello!
If you are looking to complete a Referral, please fill out all the information below!
A few reminders:

• This form is for INTERNAL USE ONLY. Do not share with the client to fill out.
• The referral form MUST be filled out first, do not go directly to an AE
• For Tracking purposes and fair distribution by sales leadership (failure to fill out the form first may result in no referral payment)
• Once submitted, our sales team will qualify the prospect and reach out
• If the prospect's business travel is valued at over $200,000 and they sign a contract, you will receive $1,000 added to your paycheck, and the client will receive a $1,000 travel voucher
• You can track the progress of your referral via Salesforce
• The first week of every month all referral wins will be audited and processed for payments
