1. HOW TO ENTER: Each individual entrant (“Entrant”) can enter the Sweepstakes by following Corporate Traveler’s Instagram account https://www.instagram.com/corporatetraveler.us?igsh=bG9sZ214MW5vbXNp (“Entry Form”).  Each Entrant may receive up to two entries; one entry will be received for following Corporate Traveler USA on Instagram and another may be received if Entrant posts a story on the Corporate Traveler USA Instagram account about Entrant’s most recent business travel picture. Entrants will be entered into a random drawing to win the prize offered. The Sweepstakes will commence 9:00 AM EST, Wednesday April 23, 2025  and end 5:00 P.M. EST, Friday, April 25^th, 2025. Flight Centre Travel Group (USA) Inc, d/b/a Corporate Traveler (“CT”) is the sponsor of the Sweepstakes. By submitting the information required in the Entry Form, the entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. 

2. FOR ALL ENTRIES:  There is a limit of a total of two entries per Entrant for the duration of the Sweepstakes. Multiple entries from any one Entrant, will void all but the initial two entries. Sponsor is not responsible for lost entries or transmissions; interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or other technical failures; garbled, misrouted or scrambled transmissions; incomplete entries or communications; or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, electronic or otherwise. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant whom Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Contest. Use of any device to automate entry is prohibit.

3. WINNER SELECTION:  One potential winner (“Potential Winner”) will be selected, in a random drawing, on Monday, April 28th, 2025.   CT will inform the Potential Winner via Instagram direct message.  All decisions of Sponsor regarding this Sweepstakes are final and binding.  Should the contact details on the Entry Form be incorrect or incomplete, or should the Potential Winner be unable to accept the prize for any reason, or if the Potential Winner has not responded or contacted the Sponsor within seventy two (72) hours of the day after they are notified to claim the Prize,  such Potential Winner may be disqualified, at Sponsor's sole discretion, and an alternate Winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries in a similar random drawing at the end of the 72-hour period010.0 Upon10 disqualification, the Prize will be forfeited and no compensation will be given. Return of any Prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate Potential Winner. Winner may be required to provide evidence of identity in connection with claiming the prize. Acceptance of a Prize constitutes consent and agreement to use Winner’s name and likeness for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. By entering and/or by accepting a prize, Entrants agree to release Sponsors, their affiliates, and their directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability arising out of your participation in this Sweepstakes with respect to the awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

4. PRIZE*:   One (1) Winner will receive one (1) Delta Airline Voucher valid for $400 USD toward a flight on Delta Airlines (“Prize”).  

5. ELIGIBILITY:  Contest is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia 21 years of age or older. Employees, officers, directors, agents, owners and representatives (and their immediate families: mother, father, sister, brother, any child, husband, wife), and those living in the same household of such employees, of the Sponsor, its parent -company, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, suppliers, advertising the Contest and promotion agencies, and anyone connected with the production and distribution of this Contest is not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. 

6. GRANT OF RIGHTS:  For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and legal sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, each Entrant to the Sweepstakes and Winner(s) of the Sweepstakes hereby irrevocably grant Sponsor, its successors and assigns, a non-exclusive license (but not the obligation) to reproduce, publicly perform, stream, exploit and otherwise use the entries throughout the universe, in perpetuity, for any reason whatsoever, in any and all media, without further notice to, consent by, or payment to Entrant or Winner. Without in any way limiting the foregoing, Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to edit, composite, morph, scan, duplicate, or alter the entries for any purpose which Sponsor deems necessary or desirable, and each Entrant and Winner irrevocably waives any and all so-called moral rights they may have therein. Sponsor shall have the right to freely assign its rights hereunder, in whole or in part, to any person or entity. Sponsor shall retain the rights granted in each Entry Form even if the Entry is disqualified 

7. GENERAL:  By entering, Entrants agree that Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, contractors, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers and their respective officers, directors, employees, owners, representatives and agents (collectively the “Released Parties”) are not liable and shall be held harmless by Entrants for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury and/or damage to Entrant and/or any other person and/or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury and/or death to Entrant and/or any other person, and/or damage to personal and/or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of a Prize or participation in this Contest. If this Contest is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who it believes has tampered with the entry process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest (or any portion thereof). 

8. NATURE OF RELATIONSHIP/WAIVER OF EQUITABLE RELIEF: Each entrant hereby acknowledges and agrees that the relationship between the entrant and the Promotion Entities is not a confidential, fiduciary, or other special relationship, and that the entrant’s decision to provide the entrant’s entry to Sponsor for purposes of the Sweepstakes does not place the Promotion Entities in a position that is any different from the position held by members of the general public with regard to elements of the entry. Finally, each entrant acknowledges that, with respect to any claim by entrant relating to or arising out of a Promotion Entity’s actual or alleged exploitation or use of any entry or other material submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes, the damage, if any, thereby caused to the applicable entrant will not be irreparable or otherwise sufficient to entitle such entrant to seek injunctive or other equitable relief and entrant’s rights and remedies in any such event will be strictly limited to the right to recover damages, if any, in an action at law. 

9. GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION:  ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS AND SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, SHALL BE GOVERNED BY, AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, U.S.A., WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAW RULES (WHETHER OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK OR ANY OTHER JURISDICTION), WHICH WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF THE LAWS OF ANY JURISDICTION OTHER THAN THE STATE OF NEW YORK, U.S.A. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of such provision. Entries that are obtained through unauthorized sources are void. By participating in this Contest, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
